TUDOR novelties for 2022

BLACK BAY PRO

TUDOR presents a new technical model with a whole new aesthetic. Named Black Bay Pro, it has a 39-millimetre diameter, a fixed steel bezel and a Manufacture Calibre with built-in GMT function. Black Bay Pro is an entirely new model with a dual time zone feature, a technical complication that establishes local time without losing sight of the time in another time zone. Compact, robust and sporty, this model boasts many unique aesthetic details and celebrates the spirit of the technical watches that TUDOR has produced for professionals throughout its history. Recognisable by its 24-hour graduated satin-brushed fixed bezel and its yellow 24-hour "Snowflake" hand, a hallmark of TUDOR divers’ watches since 1969, the new model has a domed dial, grained matt black and presents a choice of three bracelet designs: black Jacquard fabric, hybrid rubber and leather or riveted 316L steel with TUDOR "T-fit" clasp with rapid adjustment.

BLACK BAY GMT S&G

The chic chronograph in the Black Bay line in steel and yellow gold, with a self-winding Manufacture Calibre, has a specific charismatic presence. TUDOR has been producing watches that are closely tied to the world of motor sport since the presentation of the Oysterdate in 1970, the brand’s first chronograph. The Black Bay Chrono S&G model combines these traditions in a sport-chic chronograph, with contrasting sub-counters and a high-performance automatic Manufacture Calibre. The case in 316L steel and yellow gold, 41 mm in diameter, with a fixed bezel in yellow gold, insert in black anodised aluminium featuring a tachymetric scale. There are three bracelet designes available: black Jacquard fabric, bund in dark brown aged leather or riveted 316L steel and yellow gold.

TUDOR Royal

With its integrated metal bracelet, notched or diamond-set bezel and automatic movement, the TUDOR Royal range is the epitome of versatile and affordable sport-chic. Royal is a name first used by TUDOR in the 1950s to emphasise the superior quality of its watches. Boasting first-class technical performance and a refined aesthetic, this new models in the line sit at the crossroads between classic and sports watches. They come in stainless steel or gold and steel and is offered in four sizes: 28 mm, 34 mm, 38 mm and 41 mm. The most delicate size of 28 mm comes with a diamond-set bezel, while there is a variety of dials with sunray satin finish or mother-of-pearl dials with applied or diamond Roman numerals. The new models have a date function, and day of the week for the 41-mm diameter.

BLACK BAY 31/36/39/41 S&G

New versions of the Black Bay line in steel and yellow gold with a fixed bezel were also presented during Watches & Wonders. The Black Bay 31, 36, 39 and 41 S&G models bring a unique aesthetic to the Black Bay line. Their curved cases, highlighted with polished yellow gold sections, offer a language that departs slightly from the brand’s iconic tool watch spirit to embrace a sophisticated, versatile, unisex chic. Fitted with Manufacture Calibres, including reference MT5201 which ushers in a new family of TUDOR movements, these models are at the cutting edge of technical watchmaking refinement. Another important feature for optimum comfort is the five-link bracelet which comes with the TUDOR “T-fit” clasp, with rapid adjustment, in all sizes.
