Rolex recommends washing the case and bracelet with soapy water once in a while in order to clean the watch of dirt and keep it shinning.

Winding the crown

Not wearing a Rolex for a few days will cause it to stop. You simply have to unwind the winding crown and wind it a few times, then set the date and hour and wind the winding crown back tight.
